HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET A REFUND?
We will process your refund, minus shipping costs, gift wrap costs and other additional charges, if any, to your original form of payment immediately upon receiving the returned item(s). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your account statement. Note: Orders with Free Shipping offer will have a non-refundable shipping charge of $4.99 (USA) or $9.99 (rest of the world).
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED – WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact our support team at contact@sterlingandjewels for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
